Rules and Regulations


  •  Students should be always punctual. Prior sanction of leave is needed for absence from school. No absentee or late comer can enter the class without the permission of the Principal.
     
  •  Absence without prior permission for more than 15 consecutive days will lead to the removal of the student from the roll. His re admission with the admission fee is left to the discretion of the Secretary and the Principal.
     
  •  For absence of more than 3 consecutive days a medical certificate should be produced in case of sickness.
     
  •  Students should come to school in neat uniforms.
     
  •  Students must wear ID card.
     
  •  Primary Students (Pre. K.G. to V Std) can come in colour dress on their birthdays.
     
  •  A minimum of 75% of the total attendance is a must for admission to the Annual examination.
     
  •  Attendance at official school functions like sports day, School Day Independence Day and Republic Day is compulsory. Absentees will be penalised.
     
  •  A week's notice is needed for the removal of a pupil from the rolls. The requisition for Transfer Certificate Should be made by the Father/ Guardian of the pupil.
     
  •  For getting Transfer Certificate (T.C) Parents should apply before 30th March and T.C. will be issued after the Promotion date.
     
  •  Pupils are expected to keep the class room and the school Premises neat and clean. They are responsible for the safety of Their personal belongings like books, pens, cycles, tiffin carriers etc.,
     
  •  Pupils are not allowed to wear or bring any type of jewellery Inside our school campus. They also should not bring comics or any Objectionable literature to school.
     
  •  Pupils are not allowed to go home during the lunch time. They Should bring the lunch in the morning itself.
     
  •  Pupils are not allowed to meet parents or visitors or to leave the school premises during school hours without the permission of the principal.
     
  •  Movement from the class between the periods should be done in orderly single file in silence.
     
  •  Pupils should show respect and deference to the teachers and all elders. They should be gentle and polite to their companions.
     
  •  Irregular attendance, habitual indifference, neglect of home work, Disobedience and disrespect towards staff members, immoral influence, destroying school property or properties or any other Reprehensible behaviour entails dismissal of student from the school.
     
  •  Pupils are not allowed to bring any electronic devices including cell phones, Digital Watch etc., to the school.
     
  •  Pupils are responsible for the school authorities for their conduct in and out of school. Strict action will be taken if violated.
     
  •  Pupils absent from examination without grave reasons will be considered as having failed. They will not be re-examined.
     
  •  Pupils coming late to Terminal examinations after First half an hour will not be admitted inside the examination hall.
     
  •  Pupils who have not paid the fees will not be permitted to take the final examination. A student indulging in malpractices will not be allowed to take subsequent examination. Such a student should meet the principal with his Parent / Guardian.
     
  •  Books and notebooks with the school name are available at school stationery against cost.
